At the conclusion of each Council on Legislation meeting, held once every three years, the governance documents of the Rotary International organization and the member's Club Constitution change. The three revised documents, the RI Constitution, the RI Bylaws and the Standard Club Constitution are available for download here.

Notably missing from this group is the Club Bylaws. The reason is that each club in the Rotary world is free to write its own bylaws. Within club bylaws a club is free to decide what its rules are, as long as its rules do not interfere with the Standard Club Constitution..
