Board Development

This committee focuses on ensuring that board members are well-equipped for their current and future Rotary roles. The Past President, President and President-Elect have primary roles in coordinating this. This may include onboarding new board members, sharing learning opportunities for individual board members (such as Rotary Leadership Institute) or the board as a whole; reviewing annual committee work plans and support needs; and supporting leadership development opportunities for potential future board members.
