District Grant Application Supporting Documents
Your detailed grant application should include supporting documents such as:
Sample Letter from Beneficiary - ensure that it is a recent note that directly addresses the intended project. It should outline the community need and have a recent date.
Sample Quotation - items and expected costs should be outlined and must have a recent date.
Sample Letter of intent - some projects may be supported by a letter of intent specifying the time frame and funding support from the Rotary Club.
Supporting Documents are added under the "Documents" tab. If there are a lot of documents, it would be a good idea to organize them into folders. If the filenames are not descriptive, please use the EDIT button to rename documents in order to identify them more easily.
